Don't let the magazines get out of hand. Tear out articles you want to keep and recycle the rest. Keep the articles in a file folder until you get to them. Glue the keepers into scrap books and recycle the others after you have read them.
Find nice holders for CDs, video tapes and games, and arrange them alphabetically
A flat topped trunk or hope chest can be used as a coffee table, to store toys or blankets in.
